La r\u00e9ouverture des mausol\u00e9es de Tombouctou, d\u00e9truits par Ansar Dine en 2012, symbolise cette r\u00e9silience. Soutenue par l\u2019UNESCO et la Banque islamique de d\u00e9veloppement, la reconstruction a mobilis\u00e9 des ma\u00e7ons traditionnels, gardiens des techniques ancestrales de la \u00ab banco-architecture \u00bb, et form\u00e9 200 jeunes aux m\u00e9tiers du patrimoine.<\/p><p>Cette revitalisation s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte politique fragile. La transition militaire, au pouvoir depuis 2020, instrumentalise la culture comme outil de l\u00e9gitimation, finan\u00e7ant des festivals comme le&nbsp;<em>Rencontres africaines de la photographie<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e0 Bamako, tout en censurant les artistes critiques. Le rappeur Master Soumy, exil\u00e9 en France apr\u00e8s son tube&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab Soldat de la rue \u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u00e9non\u00e7ant la corruption, incarne ce paradoxe d\u2019une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois encourag\u00e9e et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le&nbsp;<strong>patrimoine manuscrit<\/strong>&nbsp;reste au c\u0153ur des enjeux. Les 400 000 documents m\u00e9di\u00e9vaux de Tombouctou, sauv\u00e9s des flammes par des familles de biblioth\u00e9caires, font l\u2019objet d\u2019une course contre la montre. Le projet&nbsp;<em>Sauvegarde des manuscrits du Mali<\/em>, dot\u00e9 de 10 millions d\u2019euros par l\u2019UE, combine num\u00e9risation 3D et formations en pal\u00e9ographie arabe. Le mus\u00e9e national du Mali a lanc\u00e9 une collection d\u2019\u00ab art jihadiste \u00bb, exposant des armes transform\u00e9es en installations par des artistes locaux. Ces initiatives peinent cependant \u00e0 toucher les zones rurales, o\u00f9 les groupes arm\u00e9s imposent encore leur loi culturelle, interdisant la musique et les festivals.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9conomie cr\u00e9ative \u00e9merge comme levier de d\u00e9veloppement. La&nbsp;<strong>bijouterie traditionnelle dogon<\/strong>, inscrite au patrimoine immat\u00e9riel de l\u2019UNESCO en 2024, g\u00e9n\u00e8re 5 000 emplois directs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des plateformes e-commerce comme&nbsp;<em>AfriArtMarket<\/em>.
