Alors que les pays du Nord poussent \u00e0 une transition acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e vers les renouvelables, les \u00c9tats africains d\u00e9fendent leur droit \u00e0 exploiter gaz et p\u00e9trole pour financer leur d\u00e9veloppement. Ce d\u00e9bat cristallise les tensions entre urgences climatiques, souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et \u00e9quit\u00e9 Nord-Sud.<\/p><p><strong>Gaz naturel : une ressource strat\u00e9gique sous pression<\/strong><br>Le Mozambique et la Mauritanie \u00e9mergent comme hubs gaziers majeurs, attirant des investissements de&nbsp;<strong>TotalEnergies<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Eni<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>BP<\/strong>. Le projet&nbsp;<strong>Greater Tortue Ahmeyim<\/strong>&nbsp;(S\u00e9n\u00e9gal-Mauritanie), dot\u00e9 de&nbsp;<strong>4,8 milliards de dollars<\/strong>, vise \u00e0 exporter du GNL vers l\u2019Europe d\u00e8s 2025. Ces projets cr\u00e9ent des milliers d\u2019emplois mais suscitent des critiques : ONG et scientifiques d\u00e9noncent les risques de fuites de m\u00e9thane (84 fois plus r\u00e9chauffant que le CO\u2082) et l\u2019accaparement des terres.<\/p><p><strong>Renouvelables : le solaire et l\u2019\u00e9olien en plein boom<\/strong><br>Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis, les \u00e9nergies vertes progressent rapidement :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Projets phares<\/strong>\u00a0: Le complexe solaire\u00a0<strong>Noor Midelt<\/strong>\u00a0(Maroc) atteint\u00a0<strong>2 GW de capacit\u00e9<\/strong>, alimentant 2 millions de foyers. En r\u00e9ponse, l\u2019Afrique d\u00e9veloppe des m\u00e9canismes innovants :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Obligations vertes<\/strong>\u00a0: Le\u00a0<strong>Maroc<\/strong>\u00a0et le\u00a0<strong>Nigeria<\/strong>\u00a0en \u00e9mettent pour financer des fermes solaires et des r\u00e9seaux de transport \u00e9lectrique.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Partenariats Sud-Sud<\/strong>\u00a0: L\u2019\u00c9gypte collabore avec l\u2019Inde pour construire des usines de panneaux solaires low-cost.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Compensation carbone<\/strong>\u00a0: Des projets de reforestation au\u00a0<strong>Congo<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>Liberia<\/strong>\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des cr\u00e9dits carbone vendus aux multinationales.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>D\u00e9fis sociaux : emplois, acc\u00e8s et conflits d\u2019usage<\/strong><br>La transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique cr\u00e9e des gagnants et des perdants. Les mines de charbon sud-africaines (employant&nbsp;<strong>90 000 personnes<\/strong>) ferment progressivement, tandis que les formations aux m\u00e9tiers du solaire peinent \u00e0 suivre. Parall\u00e8lement,&nbsp;<strong>600 millions d\u2019Africains<\/strong>&nbsp;n\u2019ont toujours pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Des solutions hybrides \u00e9mergent : au&nbsp;<strong>Niger<\/strong>, des microcentrales solaires-diesel alimentent des h\u00f4pitaux et \u00e9coles.<\/p><p><strong>Perspectives : vers un mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/strong><br>L\u2019UA promeut une&nbsp;<strong>Strat\u00e9gie Africaine pour l\u2019\u00c9nergie 2063<\/strong>, visant :<\/p><ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tripler la part des renouvelables<\/strong>\u00a0(solaire, \u00e9olien, g\u00e9othermie) d\u2019ici 2030.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Moderniser les infrastructures gazi\u00e8res<\/strong>\u00a0pour r\u00e9duire le charbon et le p\u00e9trole lampant.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cr\u00e9er un march\u00e9 continental de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong>, inspir\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le europ\u00e9en.<\/li><\/ol><p>En conclusion, l\u2019Afrique refuse de choisir entre d\u00e9veloppement et climat.
