Le projet de Liaison \u00e0 Grande Vitesse (LGV), cens\u00e9 \u00eatre le fleuron de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie tricolore, accuse d\u00e9sormais un retard syst\u00e9mique de <strong>19 ans<\/strong> sur certains tron\u00e7ons cl\u00e9s, notamment vers le Sud-Ouest et l&rsquo;interconnexion europ\u00e9enne. Chaque alternance politique a apport\u00e9 son lot de modifications, de gels de cr\u00e9dits et de ren\u00e9gociations de trac\u00e9s, multipliant les co\u00fbts de structure. Le \u00ab\u00a0mod\u00e8le fran\u00e7ais\u00a0\u00bb de la grande vitesse, autrefois export\u00e9 avec fiert\u00e9 (du Maroc \u00e0 l&rsquo;Asie), semble s&rsquo;\u00eatre gripp\u00e9 dans une bureaucratie centralis\u00e9e et d\u00e9connect\u00e9e des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s territoriales.<\/p><p><strong>L&rsquo;Impact sur la Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 Europ\u00e9enne<\/strong><\/p><p>Pendant que l&rsquo;Espagne et l&rsquo;Allemagne densifient leurs r\u00e9seaux avec une agilit\u00e9 remarquable, la France perd son statut de carrefour logistique. Le retard des lignes transfrontali\u00e8res freine les \u00e9changes \u00e9conomiques avec l&rsquo;Italie et la p\u00e9ninsule ib\u00e9rique.
