En ce 19 mars 2026, le \u00ab\u00a0Mod\u00e8le de Perth\u00a0\u00bb est devenu la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue pour les pays miniers africains qui refusent d\u00e9sormais d&rsquo;\u00eatre de simples r\u00e9servoirs de mati\u00e8res brutes.<\/p><p><strong>1. La fin de l&rsquo;exportation brute : Le choc australien<\/strong><\/p><p>Le gouvernement australien a impos\u00e9 une taxe massive sur l&rsquo;exportation de spodum\u00e8ne (minerai de lithium) non transform\u00e9.
