Alors que des projets pilotes \u00e9mergent au Rwanda et \u00e0 Maurice, la question de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 reste centrale.<\/p><p><strong>L\u2019IA au service de l\u2019inclusion<\/strong><br>Les initiatives r\u00e9centes montrent des avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Formation des enseignants<\/strong>\u00a0: L\u2019UNESCO propose des cours en ligne sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive via sa biblioth\u00e8que \u00e9lectronique, ciblant les handicaps sensoriels et moteurs<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iicba.unesco.org\/fr\/node\/92\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Adaptation des contenus<\/strong>\u00a0: Au Rwanda, des algorithmes g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des exercices en braille num\u00e9rique pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves malvoyants, combinant langues locales et fran\u00e7ais<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iicba.unesco.org\/fr\/node\/92\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9valuation personnalis\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0: Le projet\u00a0<em>Smart Classroom<\/em>\u00a0\u00e0 Maurice utilise l\u2019IA pour identifier les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage en temps r\u00e9el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iicba.unesco.org\/fr\/node\/92\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Obstacles persistants<\/strong><br>Malgr\u00e9 ces innovations, des d\u00e9fis majeurs subsistent :<\/p><ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fracture num\u00e9rique<\/strong>\u00a0: Seuls 18 % des \u00e9l\u00e8ves ruraux ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, rendant l\u2019IA inop\u00e9rante dans les zones recul\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9pendance technologique<\/strong>\u00a0: Les solutions d\u2019IA reposent souvent sur des infrastructures \u00e9trang\u00e8res (ex : serveurs cloud europ\u00e9ens).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Formation limit\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0: Moins de 10 % des enseignants africains ma\u00eetrisent les outils num\u00e9riques avanc\u00e9s, selon l\u2019IIPE-UNESCO.<\/li><\/ol><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"470\" src=\"https:\/\/africanova.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Education-nouvelles-technologies-IA-770x470-1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2648\" srcset=\"https:\/\/africanova.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Education-nouvelles-technologies-IA-770x470-1.webp 770w, https:\/\/africanova.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Education-nouvelles-technologies-IA-770x470-1-300x183.webp 300w, https:\/\/africanova.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Education-nouvelles-technologies-IA-770x470-1-768x469.webp 768w, https:\/\/africanova.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Education-nouvelles-technologies-IA-770x470-1-585x357.webp 585w, https:\/\/africanova.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Education-nouvelles-technologies-IA-770x470-1-600x366.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px\" \/><\/figure><p><strong>Perspectives : Vers une souverainet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique ?<\/strong><br>Des mod\u00e8les hybrides \u00e9mergent pour concilier innovation et inclusion :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Partenariats public-priv\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0: Au Kenya, des entreprises technologiques fournissent des tablettes avec contenus pr\u00e9charg\u00e9s pour pallier le manque de r\u00e9seau<a href=\"https:\/\/hamayaag.com\/innovation-et-education-en-afrique-le-role-cle-des-partenariats-public-prive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Solutions hors ligne<\/strong>\u00a0: L\u2019ONG SABIER utilise MoodleCloud pour diffuser des cours sans connexion internet, via des cl\u00e9s USB dans les villages ghan\u00e9ens<a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.com\/fr\/nouvelles\/sabier-moodlecloud-alphabetisation-en-afrique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Recherche locale<\/strong>\u00a0: Le programme\u00a0<em>CESA 16-25<\/em>\u00a0de l\u2019Union africaine finance des start-up \u00e9ducatives centr\u00e9es sur les langues vernaculaires<a href=\"https:\/\/au.int\/es\/node\/39262\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Que retenir ?<\/strong><br>Si l\u2019IA offre des opportunit\u00e9s in\u00e9dites pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive en Afrique, son succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pendra de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 combiner innovations globales et adaptations locales.
